Bug Girls by Razz

Yay, not dragons! :D

My first attempt at a mini portfolio. I'll be selling copies of this starting in May at Rocket City Fur Meet. I wanted to draw something that I might buy as well as something that was fun. What's more fun than cute bug girls and flowers? :)

AtLoS: Toph by Razz

Another one that's a couple of months old. This was done for a contest in which we had to crossover the "Avatar: the Last Airbender" universe with another. Naturally, I picked "Legend of Spyro" because I like a good challenge.

Toph makes a good earth dragon. The finished piece ended up being a lot more symbolic of the struggles of real blind people than I thought it would be. Someone put chains on her wings "for her own good". Yes, she eventually breaks them and learns to fly anyway. :)

Toph belongs to Viacom.

i haz perl by Razz

Egads! I completely forgot I had this gallery. XD

This is a few months old, but I'm still quite pleased with it. Done while working on a commission for someone else.

I swear, I draw non-dragon related things. Really. Eventually, one of them will be good enough to post here. XD

Ugly Dragon by Razz

Woo, a decent pen sketch to add to the gallery! I've been having trouble drawing anything particularly worthwhile of late but this fellow showed up on my sketch pad last night and I rather liked him.

Drawn entirely with a Bic pen.

Medium: Bic Crystal black
Tags: dragon sketch pen bic
Legend of Spyro: Atonement by Razz

I don't plan on posting much fan art here, but this piece is pretty much my best color work to date.

Cynder, the hatchling, seeks forgiveness from the fire guardian Ignitus for her past sins. The piece inspired some fan fiction and a very lovely fan video.

Coloring is still a relatively new thing for me, so if anyone has any advice or tips, I'd appreciate them. :)

Cynder and Ignitus belong to Universal. You can learn more about them in the Legend of Spyro series of games (A New Beginning, The Eternal Night, and the upcoming Dawn of the Dragon), all of which are available for PS2 and a bunch of other systems.

Medium: Prismacolor marker over a pencil sketch
Tags: dragon hatchling dragons of legend Dragoness spyro ignitus cynder
